How will the charge appear on my bank statement?

Your statement will show a generic merchant name — not a description of the product — so your purchase remains completely private.

Where do you ship to?

How do I charge the Trigger-Band?

Use the magnetic USB charging cable included in the box. Attach it to the charging port on the device and connect to any USB power source. A full charge takes approximately 60–90 minutes.

How long does the battery last?

On a full charge, the Trigger-Band provides up to 2 hours of continuous use depending on the intensity setting.

How do I know when it's fully charged?

The indicator light will turn solid (or turn off, depending on the unit) when charging is complete. Refer to the included quick-start guide for your specific model's indicator behaviour.

Can I use it while it's charging?

No. For safety reasons, do not use the Trigger-Band while it is connected to a power source.
